Both my parents are residents of Laurel Lodge Nursing home and I have to say many thanks to the management and staff for their hard work, kindness, dedication, support and care given to them. We really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

My wife was admitted to Laurel Lodge in April 2018. After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in January 2017, I took on the task of a full time carer with the support of my kids, their partners and the extended family. This was not sustainable by Spring 2018 due to her worsening condition. We begrudgingly went about the painstaking task of finding the right home for my wife to move too. It broke my heart to have to move her from the family home and I had reservations on others taking care of my wife. I have to say, it has gone a long way in the healing process to know that she is being so well looked after in Laurel Lodge. It is an excellent facility and one I highly recommend. Not alone do they care for my wife 24/7 in the most professional way, it’s the empathy, compassion and selflessness of all the staff and management that leaves me at ease when I am not with her. It’s a wonderful peace of mind for the complete family Thank you all so much for helping to make this very difficult time, dealing with this terrible disease, more manageable.

My mother is a resident in Laurel Lodge Nursing Home for the past six months. During that time I have found management and staff to be competent, compassionate and caring and provide clinical excellence in a relaxed and homely environment. At Laurel Lodge the well being of each resident is of primary importance and every task carried out is aimed at creating, an environment where the residents feel cared for valued and at home
